GENERAL:

How do I know what my nail sizes are?

You can measure your own nails by following the instructions on our Sizing Guide. Or, we highly recommend purchasing a sizing kit in the shape of your choice to ensure the most accurate fit for each nail. (note: different shapes may vary in size, it’s recommended to get a sizing kit for each nail shape that you are interested in).

How long will the nails stay on?

Nail wear times will all depend on how well you prep your natural nails, your choice of nail adhesive, and how rough you are with your hands. Prep/removal instructions are included in every press on nail order.

With proper nail prep and care, our sets last 1-3 days using nail tabs & 1-3 weeks using nail glue. Our nails are also reusable!

What’s included in my nail order?

Each nail set order includes 10 nails in the shape and size that you selected, along with a nail prep kit. Our prep kit includes: prepping application/removal instructions, KDS nail glue, nail tabs, wooden cuticle stick, mini nail filer & buffer, and alcohol wipes.

Should you need additional glue or adhesive tabs, they are available for purchase under the Extras menu.

Can I make any changes to your designs?

Yes! If there are any slight changes you would like to make to any of our designs, please send us a message under the Contact Us menu option, and we will reply to you as soon as possible to let you know if it’s something we can accommodate.

Are the nails reusable?

Yes! With proper removal, all of our press on nails are reusable regardless if you choose to use nail tabs or nail glue. We include removal instructions with all nail set orders.

If you prefer using nail glue, we suggest buying an inexpensive electric nail filer to remove any remaining built-up glue from the back of the nail.

What if the nails I ordered don’t fit properly?

Due to the nature of designing our handmade nails and for hygienic reasons, we cannot take returns/exchanges or allow cancellations as all sets are custom made to order. Please ensure you properly size your nails or purchase sizing kit to determine the perfect fit.

We are not responsible for inaccurate sized orders.

SHIPPING:

How long will it take my order to ship?

Our nail sets process within 3-5 business days. Non-nail set items such as extras or sizing kits process in 1-3 business days. Keep in mind that if your purchase more than one set at a time, there may be delays in the processing time. Larger orders will take longer to be processed. Orders are fulfilled in the order they were received.

Please be aware the processing time frame doesn’t include how long it will take your package to be delivered. Once your package has been shipped, delivery time is dependent on the shipping carrier USPS. We are not liable for delivery delays that may occur.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all our press on nail sets and sizing kits. However, there will be standard shipping cost to “Extra” items such as additional nail glue or adhesive tabs, etc. These rates are calculated automatically at checkout by the shipping carrier based on your shipping address.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we are offering shipping to the US only. However, we will soon be adding additional countries!

What if my package was lost or damaged?

Once your package has been issued a tracking number and has been received by the shipping carrier USPS, Purple Sky Nails hands over all accountability for shipping, transit, and delivery to the shipping carrier. We assume no responsibility for missing or lost packages and unable to issue any refunds or replacements.

If your package was not delivered or is lost, we recommend checking with your local USPS and your neighbors to ensure it wasn’t delivered to the incorrect address in error. We also highly recommend contacting USPS to file a claim for any missing, lost, or damaged packages.

Can I return, exchange, or cancel my order?

*Disclaimer: Designs may vary slightly as they are all one of a kind. Different display monitors may slightly distort the lighting and color of the photos. These are custom made products and cannot be returned. Therefore, you need to be certain that any slight variations occurring between the actual color, and the representation on our website, will be acceptable.
